Europass Teacher Academy is a European network dedicated to helping teachers grow. It offers over 400 Erasmus courses in some of the most beautiful European cities, covering everything from new classroom technology and languages to student and teacher well-being. This also gives educators a great chance to travel, experience a different culture, and build an international community.

Hosted by Vice Versa Academy since 2021, the Europass Teacher Academy branch in Prague is a vibrant hub where over 1,000 educators from across Europe come every year to learn, share, and find inspiration.

Our philosophy is that learning should be playful, practical, and delightfully disruptive, which is why you won't find any traditional PowerPoint presentations in our modern classrooms.

Our passionate trainers deliver completely tailor-made, experiential courses centered on participants. Their work gets inspiration from innovative, active methods like game-based learning, theater, storytelling, and outdoor education.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the opportunity to participate in this Erasmus course. The activities were both diverse and interesting! It was an extraordinary experience! I learned many interesting things and had the opportunity to visit wonderful places in Prague. The city is full of history and beauty, and the means of transportation are excellent. The location of the course was very well chosen, easy to reach from any corner of Prague, within a 20-30 minute tram ride, during which you could see the famous historical buildings, representative of this city. We benefited from a pleasant, clean, cool, quiet space. Also, the hosts, true professionals, made it easy for us to settle in, to carry out interesting, interactive and enjoyable activities, and also provided us with a lot of cultural information.

Teacher Academy Course Format

  • One week length: Two weeks or other format are available on request
  • 5 hours per day: Monday to Friday, with excursions on Saturday
  • Fully fundable: From 80€/day, meeting the Erasmus+ KA1 budget
  • Recognized: Upon 80% attendance a certificate of attendance will be provided
  • Flexible: Change courses, locations, or dates without fees
